The certificate of the mediativny agreement which subject is dispute settlement about non-execution of the terms of the contract of loan connected with return of money is performed in case of transfer to the funds borrower in non-cash form. For transfer confirmation to the notary the document issued by credit institution confirming transfer to the funds borrower is provided to the funds borrower in non-cash form. The notary shall check reliability of such document by sending an inquiry signed by the qualified digital signature of the notary in the credit institution which issued such document through notariate unified information system.
