"The authorized body for the purpose of implementation of the activities in the procedure established by it keeps the list of identifying addresses concerning which there are bases to believe that the transactions with digital currency considered to such identifying addresses could be performed for the purpose of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, either terrorism financing, or making of other penal act.".
