1) in Article 9:

a) 1 after words "Federal Laws" to add part with the words "and acts of the President of the Russian Federation";

b) add part 2 with the words "and acts of the President of the Russian Federation";

Item 5 of part 1 of Article 10.6 to add 2) with the subitem "k" of the following content:

"j) the information offending human dignity and public morality, expressing explicit disrespect for society, containing the image of actions with signs illegal, including violent, and distributed from hooligan, mercenary or other low motives;";

3) Article 14 to add with part 8.1 following of content:

"8.1. Information transfer from the state information systems in other information systems which are not conforming to requirements about information security, stipulated in Clause the 16th this Federal Law is not allowed.";
