Article 1

Part 4 of Article 29 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. Information and documents on activities of the educational organization which are not specified in part 2 of this Article are provided by the head (deputy manager) of the educational organization for the address of the citizen, the organization or the official of state body or local government body in the presence of the bases and according to the procedure which are stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.
