About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning correction of shortcomings of technical nature
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) such changes:
1) in part two of Article 64-2 of the word "Third party" shall be replaced with words "The rights and obligations of the third party";
To replace 2) in part three of Article 309 of the word "Claims to Others" with the word "Other";
The word "required" to replace 3) in Article 568 part four with the word "asking".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
