About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2019 No. 826

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2019 No. 826 "About measures for implementation of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 7" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out tenders on rendering the housing and communal services (performance of works) provided on competitive basis approved by this resolution:

in Item 1:

in part one to replace the word of "elevators" with the word of "elevator";

in part three:

after the words "at the expense of budgetary funds" to add part with the words "and (or) means of state non-budgetary funds";

exclude the words "and purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction";

to add paragraph two of part one of Item 3 with words ", authorized persons on management of common property of joint household";

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Estimated cost of lot is determined by the decision of the customer per unit of service (work) or in the absolute amount by one of the following methods:

on housing and communal services on which according to the legislation establishment of planned estimated prices is provided (further – PRTs), – proceeding from the approved PRTs on these services;

on housing and communal services on which according to the legislation establishment of PRTs is not provided, – proceeding from the rates for housing and communal services established according to the legislation;

on rendering services (performance of works) on which according to the legislation development of the project documentation is necessary, – based on such documentation;

based on studying of market situation.";
