About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2015 No. 134

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2015 No. 134 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation of the identity of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who do not have the identity document for pension purposes" the following changes:
in the name of the word "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure" shall be replaced with words "About procedure";
to add Item 1 after the words "proving the identity" with words "(including the citizen of the Republic of Belarus who is earlier documented by the passport refused its use)";
part the fourth item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation of the identity of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who do not have the identity document, for pension purposes, approved by this resolution, after figures "1993" to add with the words "or 1996".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
