About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2018 about the organization and functioning of the National agency on quality assurance in education and scientific research

Based on article 115 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634) DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2018 about the organization and functioning of the National agency on quality assurance in education and scientific research (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 232), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of appendix the text "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in Item 13 the text "pedagogical and managerial degrees, relevant for general, professional, higher education and researches," to exclude;

3) in Item 14 the text "the international jury which is carried out with participation," to exclude;

Item 15 to state 4) in the following edition:

"15. Competition on selection of members of the Leading council will be organized and carried out with assistance of tender committee as a part of 7 members: one international expert delegated by the European association on quality assurance in the higher education, one international expert delegated by body for quality assurance from the states of the European Union, one international expert in the field of the higher education, one representative of the Ministry of Education and Research, one representative of the National agency in researches and developments, one representative of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova and one representative of Council of rectors of the Republic of Moldova.";
