1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 No. 1397 "About some questions of procedure for movement of separate types of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus":

state preamble in the following edition:

Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of the import permit and (or) export of industrial explosives, products on their basis and the pyrotechnic products moved through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, the conclusions (the allowing document) for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of toxic agents, which are not precursors of the drugs and psychotropic substances included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied provided by the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (appendix No. 7), and issues of permission (modification of permission) to import to the Republic of Belarus and (or) export from the Republic of Belarus of sources of ionizing radiation (is applied).";

"the list of industrial explosives, products on their basis and the pyrotechnic products limited to movement through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus when importing and (or) exporting *";

Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue by Department on supervision of safe operation in the industry and Department on nuclear and radiation safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of import permits to the Republic of Belarus and (or) export from the Republic of Belarus of explosives, destructive devices and blasting agents of industrial function, the sources of ionizing radiation limited to movement through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, and also the conclusions (allowing documents) for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances, included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied, provided by the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (to be reworded as follows the appendix No. 7) approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2016 No. 613 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About industrial safety":

in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out identification of hazardous production facilities approved by this resolution:

to add Item 1 after words of "Armed forces" with the words "Republic of Belarus";

in part three of item 4 of the word to "Armed forces and transport troops of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words to "Armed forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops";

in Regulations on the order of registration of hazardous production facilities approved by this resolution:

in item 4:

to "Armed forces and transport troops of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words words to "Armed forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops";

after words of "Armed forces" to add Item with the words "Republic of Belarus";
