1. In the Order of the Government No. 706/2018 about creation of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 285-294, 816), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in item 4 of figure "30" with figures "45";

Item 6 to declare 2) invalid;

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) 1) of Item 9 to add the subitem with letter n) the following content:

"n) provides services in safety of swimming and pilot posting, in traffic control and port towage of courts, performs accounting, certification and certification of members of crews;";

b) in Items 14 and 16 of the word "Minister of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the minister of infrastructure and regional development" in the corresponding grammatical form;
