About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2022 No. 80
For the purpose of implementation of the Rules of confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Union State approved by the Decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of January 29, 2024 No. 3, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2022 No. 80 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. add Item 1 with subitem 1.4 of the following content:
"1.4. the documents on production confirmation specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, issued by authorized bodies of other State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999 for the purpose of confirmation of conformity of components – materials (raw materials) and component parts (details, nodes, aggregates), and also production and technological operations to requirements to products determined in appendix are equated in the status to the documents on production issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and meet the specified requirements.
Part one of this subitem is not applied to the products (components) determined in appendix classified by codes of the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 007-2012 "Products qualifier by types of economic activity":
from 27.11.50 "Frequency converter lift";
from 27.12.31.300 of "System of numerical control";
from 27.12.31.500 "Management systems elevator" 1;
from 27.32.1 "Cable lift suspended (mine)";
from 28.12.1 "Hydrostatic transmission, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors" 2;
from 28.15.1 "Rolling bearings roller with conic rollers of cassette type (railway boxen)";
from 28.15.2 of "Transmission for the tractor equipment";
