1. Give the status of the national concert organization to public organization "The Organization in the field of Concert Activities and Art Management of "Moldova-Concert"".

2. In the table 3 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1310), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
