No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) article 7 of the Law No. 12/2024 on National fund of culture (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 70-72, 96) DECIDES: the Government
1. Rename public organization "The National Center of Education through Art" into public organization "National Office of Cultural Development".
2. Approve:
2.1. Regulations on the organization and functioning of public organization "National Office of Cultural Development" according to appendix No. 1;
2.2. Organizational structure of public organization "National Office of Cultural Development" according to appendix No. 2;
2.3. To Organigramm of public organization "National Office of Cultural Development" according to appendix No. 3.
3. Establish numerical structure of personnel of public organization "National Office of Cultural Development" in number of 22 units with the annual salary fund according to the regulatory base in the field of compensation.
4. Release of staff of public organization "The National Center of Education through Art" in case of impossibility of their transfer to perform according to provisions of the labor law. To perform the expenses connected with release of employees for the account and within the financial resources approved in the budget of public organization "The National Center of Education through Art".
