Article 1

Bring in the Land code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 44, Art. 4147; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3418; 2011, No. 1, Art. 54; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4235; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5133, 5135; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8803) following changes:

In paragraph five of Article 42 of the word "in cases if terms of development of the parcels of land are provided by agreements" to exclude 1);

To add 2) with Article 85.1 of the following content:

"Article 85.1. Development of the parcels of land from structure of lands of settlements and their use

1. Development of the parcel of land from structure of lands of settlements is understood as accomplishment by the owner of the parcel of land of one or several actions for reduction of the parcel of land in the condition suitable for its use according to purpose and the permitted use. The list of such actions is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The term of development of the parcel of land from structure of lands of settlements constitutes three years, except as specified, provided by this Article.

3. If the list of actions for development of the parcel of land from structure of lands of settlements is provided by the project of recultivation of lands, the term of development of this parcel of land is established according to such project. The owner of the parcel of land from structure of lands of settlements during the term of recultivation is not considered person who does not use this parcel of land according to purpose and the permitted use, on condition of timely accomplishment of such actions according to the list provided by the project of recultivation of lands.
