Article 1

Bring in article 33 of the Federal Law of March 14, 1995 No. 33-FZ "About especially protected natural territories" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 12, Art. 1024; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2024, No. 13, Art. 1686) following changes:

1) in the subitem "b" of Item 1:

"2.1. The state control (supervision) in the field of protection and use of especially protected natural territories in respect of vehicles, activities and actions of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens can be also performed within permanent raid according to the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ "About the state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation" according to the procedure, established by the regulations on control type approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
