Article 1

Bring in part 7 of article 9 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4206; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7518; 2023, No. 32, Art. 6150) following changes:

If the business entity performing trading activity, and the business entity performing deliveries of food products provide in the agreements of deliveries of food products signed by them the obligation of preparation and signing of the documents relating to deliveries of such goods in electronic form, food products on which the expiration date is established five and less days are subject to payment not later than four working days from the date of the actual receipt of such goods by the business entity performing trading activity in time;";

To add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) food products on which the expiration date is established from six to nine days inclusive are subject to payment not later than eight working days from the date of the actual receipt of such goods by the business entity performing trading activity in time;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
