Article 1

Item 3 of article 4 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-FZ "About conscription and military service" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1475; 2023, No. 5, Art. 701; No. 16, Art. 2764; 32, the Art. 6169) to add No. with the paragraph of the following content:

Article 2

Item 2 of part 1 of article 22 of the Federal Law of April 28, 2023 No. 138-FZ "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, 18, the Art. 3215) to state to No. in the following edition:

"2) the message of obviously false data concerning the obligation to observe the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation expressed including:

a) in crime execution (preparation for crime or attempted crime);

b) in making of the actions creating threat of homeland security of the Russian Federation;

c) in non-execution of obligation on initial statement on military accounting;".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
