Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 1, 2016 No. 119-FZ "About features of provision to citizens of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and located in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and in other territories of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 18, Art. 2495; 2017, No. 1, Art. 43; No. 31, Art. 4796; 2018, No. 1, Art. 39; No. 53, Art. 8429; 2019, No. 29, Art. 3861; 2021, No. 1, Art. 33; No. 15, Art. 2446; No. 24, Art. 4188; No. 27, Art. 5054; 2022, No. 1, Art. 18; No. 29, Art. 5238; 2023, No. 1, Art. 63) following changes:

1) in Article 5:

a) add part 2 with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the applicant earlier submits the application for provision of other parcel of land to free use according to this Federal Law and the decision on suspension of term of its consideration or the decision on refusal in provision of the parcel of land in free use is not made on earlier submitted application.";

b) add part 5 with item 4 of the following content:
