"Article 57. Prohibition of sale of separate medicines

2. Sale is forbidden:
1) medicines for medical application concerning which in monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application there are no data on drawing means of identification and (or) data on input in civil circulation;
2) medicines for medical application concerning which blocking of entering into monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application of data on input in civil circulation, about turnover or about the termination of turnover is performed;
3) medicines for medical application which use is suspended according to the solution of authorized federal executive body;
4) medicines for medical application which civil circulation is stopped;
5) medicines for medical application which expiration date expired;
6) medicines for medical application concerning which the requirements determined based on part 5 of article 67 of this Federal Law are not observed.
3. Action of provisions of part 2 of this Article does not extend to the medicines specified regarding 7.1 articles 67 of this Federal Law.
4. The procedure for application of provisions of part 2 of this Article and terms of application of such procedure are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
