1) in Item 3 parts four of Article 46 the word of "suspect" shall be replaced with words "the suspect. Appointments of the suspect who is held in custody in the pre-trial detention center to the defender can be held according to the statement of the suspect with the consent of the defender by use of systems of video conferencing if technically possible and the respective rooms, and also on condition of maintaining confidentiality of such appointments and preserving lawyer secret";
2) in Item 9 parts four of Article 47 the word "durations" shall be replaced with words "durations. Appointments of the person accused who is held in custody in the pre-trial detention center to the defender can be held according to the statement of the person accused with the consent of the defender by use of systems of video conferencing if technically possible and the respective rooms, and also on condition of maintaining confidentiality of such appointments and preserving lawyer secret";
