Based on Articles 7, 8 and 13 Laws No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 59 – 65, the Art. 120), with subsequent changes, articles 7 and 8 of the Law No. 279/2017 on informing consumers concerning foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 7 – 17, the Art. 54), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Quality requirements and realization of the sandwich-type fat lot of plant and/or animal origin intended for food consumption (is applied).

2. From the effective date this resolution to declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 16/2009 about approval of the Technical regulation "Products on the basis of Vegetable Fats" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 16-18, 51), with subsequent changes.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

4. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
