In the Regulations on procedure for acquisition and loss of nationality of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 1144/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 512, of the Art. 1341), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 28 to state 1) in the following edition:

"28. In case of filing of application about acquisition by the child of nationality of the Republic of Moldova according to Item c) parts (1) article 11 of the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000 the legal representative or, depending on circumstances, the authorized representative of the child submits the following documents:

1) the valid identity document of the legal representative and child if it is available for it, and also the residence permit or the identity certificate for stateless persons, or the identity certificate for refugees, or the identity certificate for beneficiaries of humanitarian protection issued by competent authority for foreigners of the Republic of Moldova addressed to one of parents;

2) the certificate of birth of the child confirming it the birth in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

3) the documents of civil status of the parents/only thing of the parent of the child necessary for establishment of family relation between them;

4) the identity document, and the consent of other parent to acquisition by the child of nationality of the Republic of Moldova, in case of availability at the child of both parents;

5) the consent of the child who reached age of 14 years, certified by the notary or other persons, such authority given according to the law;
