Article 1

Article 18 to add 1) with new part three of the following content:

"In the pre-trial detention center of appointment of the suspect or person accused with his defender can be provided according to the statement of the suspect or person accused with the consent of the defender by use of systems of video conferencing and in the presence in the pre-trial detention center of technical capability and rooms necessary for their carrying out. Appointments are provided with observance of confidentiality terms and preserving lawyer secret by provision to the defender of the room in organizations of criminal executive system. Requirements to rooms for appointments of the suspects accused with their defenders are determined by the federal executive body performing law-enforcement functions, functions on control and supervision in the field of execution of criminal penalties concerning convicts.";
