Article 1

Article 15 to add 1) with subitem 12.2 of the following content:

"12. 2) to determine requirements within the powers:

to creation, creation, operation and development of the communication networks of special purpose intended for needs of public authorities, to management of such networks, the organizational technical supply of their steady functioning and technical means used in them;

to information security of the communication networks of special purpose intended for needs of public authorities in coordination with authorized federal executive bodies regarding their competence;

to creation, development and operation of means and systems of strengthening of protection and other technical means and systems on the protected objects;";

Article 17 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 17. Protection of data on bodies of the state protection

1. The information access about activities of bodies of the state protection is provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation taking into account the features established by this Federal Law and acts of the President of the Russian Federation.
