Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4301; No. 49, Art. 7024; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3481; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4362; 2016, No. 1, Art. 11; No. 27, Art. 4237; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4767; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8404; 2019, No. 26, Art. 3317; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4512; 2021, No. 1, Art. 81; 2022, No. 1, Art. 5, 45; 2024, No. 23, Art. 3045) following changes:

1) in Article 201.10:

a) in the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word "connected with court costs on the case of bankruptcy, remuneration payment to the receiver, payment of activities of persons which attraction by the receiver for execution of the obligations assigned to it in the case of bankruptcy according to this Federal Law is obligatory," to exclude;

b) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. If the property which remains at the debtor after transfer of object of construction in progress is not enough for repayment of requirements of creditors for the current payments and requirements of creditors of the first and second priority, participants of construction and (or) the third parties before consideration by Arbitration Court of the petition for transfer of object of construction in progress have the right to bring according to article 201.15 of this Federal Law on the special bank account of the debtor money in the following sizes:

concerning the requirements about dismissal wage payment and about compensation of persons working or working according to the employment contract it is direct on object of construction in progress if such requirements are subject to satisfaction as a part of requirements of creditors for the current payments, - in complete size;
