About modification of some orders of the Government (digitalization of process of issue of the certificate of resident and permission in the International free port "Dzhyurdzhyulesht")

Based on Item b) parts (3) article 6 of the Law No. 8/2005 on the International free port "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 36 – 38, the Art. 116), with subsequent changes, Item and) article 6 of the Law No. 234/2021 on public services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 34 – 38, the Art. 34) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 721/2005 about activities of the International free port "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 98 – 100, Art. 774), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of appendices of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" and "Minister of Economy and Trade" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" and "the Minister of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:

"4. For registration as resident of the International port the administrator of the applicant sends to the representative of the Government through the Automated management information system and issues of allowing documents, by means of the Government portal of public services, the statement in the form of the electronic document signed by the qualified digital signature. The representative of the Government by means of the Public Data module of the Single government portal of open data checks powers of the administrator of the applicant.

5. The applicant encloses the copy of the contract with the general investor on lease of property or the parcel of land in the territory of the International port to the application (for the general investor – the copy of the contract with the Government on hiring of the parcel of land).";
