About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595 and of August 6, 2015 No. 662
In pursuance of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2024 "About change of the laws" and based on part two of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2019 No. 357 "About renewable energy resources" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 357-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. from subitem 4.4-2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, of the word "all suggested" to exclude;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2015 No. 662 "About establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources":
To be reworded as follows regulations on procedure for establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for the creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources approved by this resolution it (is applied);
in Item 5 of the Regulations on the Republican interdepartmental commission on establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources approved by this resolution:
state subitem 5.3 in the following edition:
"5.3. invite to commission session of authorized representatives of applicants for the right of creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources for participation in auction on decrease in the sizes of coefficients to rates for the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources;";
add Item with subitem 5.8 of the following content:
