1) the subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 44 after words "troops of national guard of the Russian Federation," to add with the words "on objects of Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation";

2) the paragraph the fifth Item 2 of article 46 after words "troops of national guard of the Russian Federation," to add with words of "Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation".
