In case of return of executive documents without execution to the claimant or court on the bases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, indexation of the sums of money awarded by court is not made from the moment of return of executive documents and about day of their revenues to execution in accordance with the established procedure, except for return of the executive documents which are mistakenly sent by court at the request of the claimant for collection not to that body to which they shall be sent in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of the wrong direction indexation of the sums of money awarded by court is made by court of the specified executive documents from the date of receipt of the specified executive documents in body to which the specified executive documents were mistakenly sent.".
