About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 10, 2020 No. 1201

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 10, 2020 No. 1201 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs on the right of performance of works on quarantine phytosanitary disinfecting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 33, Art. 5400; 2022, No. 1, Art. 190).

2. Paragraphs of the third, fourth and sixth of the subitem "g" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of federal state phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision), approved by the order of the Government the Russian Federation on December 25, 2021 No. 2487 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of federal state phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision)" (Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 1, Art. 190), to recognize invalid.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
