1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine of August 31, 2004 No. 545/315/502/637 "About approval of the Technique of forecasting of receipts of the value added tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2004 at No. 1202/9801.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of forecasting of budget receipts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
