Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 22, 2023 No. 1074-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of the military personnel", "About approval of the Provision "About Military Service", "About Work Pensions" and "About Conscription and Military Service", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 28, 2022 No. 175 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2022, No. 4, Article 421 (volume I); 2024, No. 1)., the Art. 98, No. 3, of the Art. 301) "Rules of determination, calculation, recalculation, transfer from one type on other type and payments of work pensions" to make the following changes:
1.1. In Item 5.10 of the word "since 20 years" shall be replaced with words "from 25 years (from 20 years concerning persons who are granted work pension based on the provisions of the law, acting till January 1, 2024)";
