1. Determine that the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation is the authorized body of the Russian Federation performing issue of confirmation of purpose of the separate types of the equipment and parts (codes 8407 90 900 9, 8418 69 000 8, 8481 10 190 8, 8481 10 990 8, 8481 30 910 8, 8481 30 990 8, 8481 40 100 0, 8481 40 900 9, 8481 80 599 0, 8481 80 639 0, 8481 80 690 0, 8481 80 739 9, 8481 80 790 0, 8481 80 819 9, 8481 80 850 8, 8481 80 870 0, 8481 80 990 7, 8505 11 000 0, 8505 19 900 0, 8505 90 200 9 and 8505 90 900 0 CN FEA EEU) intended for construction, equipment imported on the territory of the Russian Federation (including production (assembly) of the equipment) and (or) maintenance of objects of production and (or) realization of low-tonnage liquefied natural gas (further - confirmation).

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation:

a) in 90-day time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and approve procedure for confirmation;

b) perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of confirmation;

c) in day of issue of confirmations to send to the copy of such confirmations to the Federal Customs Service in electronic form with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. Before work on modification of software of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service signed confirmation goes to the Federal Customs Service with use of system of interdepartmental electronic document management in time, not exceeding one working day from the date of its signing.
