About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2023 No. 903 "About temporary procedure for disclosure and provision of information by some Russian economic societies" and in the list approved by this Decree

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2023 No. 903 "About temporary procedure for disclosure and provision of information by some Russian economic societies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 49, Art. 8723; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 1507) and in the list of the Russian economic societies which have the right to determine independently the structure and (or) amount of information which is subject to disclosure and (or) provision, approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) in the Decree:

to add Item 2 after the words "with requirements of the Federal Laws" with the words "of August 17, 1995 No. 147-FZ " about natural monopolies "";

Item 3 after the words "based on this Decree" to add with words "(except for information, stipulated in Item 3(1) these Decrees)";

add with Item 3 (1) the following content:

"3(1). If the Russian economic society does not open and (or) does not provide information which is subject to disclosure and (or) provision according to requirements of the Federal Law of August 17, 1995 No. 147-FZ "About natural monopolies" based on this Decree, it shall send to Federal Antimonopoly Service the notification containing such information in the terms established by regulatory legal acts of Federal Antimonopoly Service.";

b) add the list with Items 95 - 113 following contents:

"95. Transneft — Upper Volga joint-stock company (Nizhny Novgorod).

96. Transneft — Friendship joint-stock company (Bryansk).

97. Transneft — Western Siberia joint-stock company (Omsk).

98. Transneft — Privolga joint-stock company (Samara).

99. Transneft — Prikamye joint-stock company (Kazan).

100. Transneft — the North joint-stock company (Ukhta, Komi Republic).

101. Transneft — Siberia joint-stock company (Tyumen).
