1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the list of subjects of business activity which realize investment projects in special (free) economic zones it (is applied).
2. To regional information customs (Koposov S.A.):
2.1. Develop the software for maintaining in the Single automated system of State Customs Service of Ukraine (further - EAIS of State Customs Service) the list of subjects of business activity which realize investment projects in special (free) economic zones.
2.2. Provide entering of subjects of special (free) economic zones into the list of subjects of business activity which realize investment projects in special (free) economic zones, according to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30.11.2005 of N1119 "Some Questions of Import (Transfer) of Goods to Special (Free) Economic Zones and Commodity Exportation out of Their Limits".
2.3. Provide maintaining the list of subjects of business activity which realize investment projects in special (free) economic zones.
3. To department of declaring and customs regimes (Naumenko V. P.) and Legal department (Budakov A. Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
