Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2024 No. 1098-VIQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on prevention of domestic violence", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. In "The rule of consideration of claims in the absence of signs of criminal structure in the claim about domestic violence", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 24, 2012 No. 46 (General Court of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 2, Article 189 (volume I), 2024, No. 3, Article 294) to make the following changes:
