Article 1. 1.1. In the first offer of the second part of Article 221.4.9 the word "body" shall be replaced with words "the body (organization) determined by body";

Article 2. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 564 (volume I) in item 4 of part I of Article 5 the word "body" shall be replaced with words "the body (organization) determined by body".
Article 3. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 599 (volume I) to make the following changes:
3.1. In Article 3.2. 1, in the first offer of Article 7. 5, in the first and second offers of Article 7. 6, in Article 9.3 and in the third offer of Article 27.3 the word "body" shall be replaced with words "the body (organization) determined by body";
