About approval of the Procedure for competitive selection of investment projects and business projects of the companies of the ship-building industry

According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.02.2007 of N221 "About Approval of the Procedure for Use in 2007 of the Means Provided in the Government Budget for Support of the Companies of the Ship-building Industry by Reduction in Cost of the Credits" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of investment projects and business projects of the companies of the ship-building industry (daleeporyadok) which is applied.

2. To department of scientific and technical and innovative and investment providing (Nogovitsyn O. V.):

2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to submit the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Prepare the draft of the order of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine on statement of structure of the Interdepartmental tender committee on selection of investment projects and business projects of the companies of the ship-building industry in which to include (in consent) representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.

3. (Gornik V. G.) to provide to department of administrative providing the publication of this order in mass media.

4. I reserve control of execution of the order.
