For the purpose of non-admission of deficit of medicines with guaranteed quality, efficiency and safety in the market of the country during creation of the total market of medicines of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About registration, registration confirmation and modification of the registration file of medicines for medical application" of March 7, 2023 No. 136 the following changes:
- in word preamble "Articles 9, of 11, 12" shall be replaced with words "Articles 17, of 18, 20";
- in the subitem 3 of Item 2 of figure "2023" to replace with figures "2024".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
