About recognition of the rights to self-willedally taken parcels of land and buildings built on them and constructions

The purpose of this Law is regulation of the relations connected with recognition of the rights to self-willedally taken parcels of land and buildings built on them and constructions.
This Law determines the bases and procedure for recognition of the rights in the relation:
1) the parcel of land which is self-willedally captured till May 1, 2018 by the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - citizens), by construction of the individual apartment house, and buildings and constructions built on it;
2) occupied till May 1, 2018 by citizens, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities - residents of the parcel of land over the area of the parcel of land specified in the documents confirming the right to this parcel of land which was allocated according to acts of the legislation, and the buildings and constructions built on it;
3) cases of possibility of recognition or refusal in recognition of the property right to self-willedally built individual apartment houses by the commissions of areas (cities) on the organization of works on recognition of the rights to real estate formed based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the commissions of areas (cities) on the organization of works on recognition of the rights to real estate) or failure to complete of consideration of the applications because of the expiration of the single nation-wide action;
