1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of the innovative and investment projects directed to creation and implementation in production of the modern equipment in the field of aircraft construction and space industry (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To department of scientific and technical and innovative and investment providing (Nogovitsyn O. V.):
2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to submit the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Prepare the draft of the order of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine on statement of structure of the Interdepartmental tender committee of selection of the innovative and investment projects directed to creation and implementation in production of the modern equipment in the field of aircraft construction and space industry in which to include (in consent) representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine and National space agency of Ukraine.
3. (Gornik V. G.) to provide to department of administrative providing the publication of this order in mass media.
4. I reserve control of execution of the order.
