About procedure for export licensing of separate types of agricultural products
According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 13.02.2007 of N185 "About Introduction of Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2006 N1701" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of export licenses of separate types of agricultural products it (is applied).
2. To assign responsibility for acceptance and registration of requests, registration and issue of export licenses of separate types of agricultural products to department of non-tariff regulation.
3. To department of non-tariff regulation:
provide promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of the message on the beginning of registration of requests for issue of export licenses of separate types of agricultural products;
to the 10th coming behind reporting to submit to the State Customs Service of Ukraine information on the granted export licenses of separate types of agricultural products;
together with legal department to provide registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine of Pyatnitsky V. T.
