In recent years for further expansion of access of the population to justice within the principle "New Uzbekistan - new court" the important reforms aimed at providing priority of human dignity are performed.
In particular, in our country consecutive work on further enhancement of judicial system of law, strengthening of measures of reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and entrepreneurs, effective ensuring justice is carried out. As a result of the carried-out work degree of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons in the course of administration of law moved to new level.
Also, today by enhancement of institute of check of legality, justification and justice of judgments, corresponding changes and additions are made to the Procedure Codes directed to creation of the convenient and simplified for citizens procedure.
Besides, establishment in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition of the constitutional guarantees of independent functioning of judicial authority and not accountability of judges on specific cases became one more important step on the way of increase in efficiency of activity of the courts.
For the purpose of full implementation of these constitutional guarantees, further strengthening of guarantees of independence of judicial authority there is need of cancellation of the rule about provision by chairmen of the courts at least once in year of information in local Kengasha of People's Deputies, and also ensuring single court practice, elimination of some gaps and contradictions in the legislation in connection with enhancement of institute of review of judgments.
