About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About payment services and payment system"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About payment services and payment system" of February 24, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 1-2, of Art. 20; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 629) following changes and amendments:

1. In part 17 of Article 4 of the word "check and identify the identity of the client getting money transfer" shall be replaced with words "identify and check the identity of the client – the sender of money transfer and person, the receiver of money".

2. In Article 14:

- in preambles of parts 9 and 10 "request" to replace the word with the word "statement", and after the word of "documents" to add with the words "in writing or through electronic system";

- add with part 11 of the following content:

"11. Renewal, issue of the second copy (duplicate) and cancellation of the license are performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.";

- respectively to consider parts 11-29 parts 12-30.

3. To add part 2 of Article 30 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-suspend the license of the operator of payment system for the term established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
