About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Islamic banking activity"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Islamic banking activity" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 405; 2019, No. 6, Art. 329) following changes and amendments:

1. In part 5 of Article 8 and part 1 of Article 9 of the word "form of credit institution", "names of credit institution" and "Credit institution" to replace respectively with words "form of Islamic credit institution", "names of Islamic credit institution" and "Islamic credit institution".

2. In Article 11:

- "language" to add the prolog of parts 1 and 2 after the word with the words "in writing or through electronic system";

- in Item 10) "to fight against legalization of income gained in the criminal way and terrorism financing" respectively shall be replaced with words parts of 1 word to "counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
