About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About production sharing agreements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About production sharing agreements" of March 5, 2007 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 171, 2008, No. 6, Art. 458; 2012, No. 8, Art. 824) following changes and amendments:

1. In the second offer of part 3 of Article 4:

4. In Article 8:

- in part one after the word "authorized" to add with the word "state";

- regarding 2 words "body of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" to replace with words with "state body of the Republic of Tajikistan".

5. In Article 9:

- in part 2:

- "natural" to exclude the word from the first offer;

- in paragraph one of the word "constantly living in" to replace with the word to "residents" and after the word and the sign "Tajikistan", to add with the word of "preferential";
