About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About standardization"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About standardization" of December 29, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 827; 2012, No. 4, Art. 264) following changes and amendments:

1. Article in paragraph ten 1, the paragraph the second Article 6 and part 3 of Article 9 of the word "bodies of executive" and "bodies executive" respectively shall be replaced with words "executive bodies state".

2. Add with article 2 (1) the following content:

- to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 8. Functions of the scientific organizations and organizations in the field of standardization";
