Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 23, 2021 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2021, No. 12, h 1, Art. 681; 2022, Art. No. 1,2-3, 18, No. 12, h 2, Art. 774; 2023, Art. No. 1-3, 8, No. 11, Art. 472) following changes and amendments:
1. In the paragraph the thirteenth part 4 Articles 251 after words of "goods" to add with words and figures ", except for wheat of 1-4 grades,".
2. In part 7 of Article and "2023" to replace the 397th figure and the word with figures and words "2025, the privileges established by this system of the taxation will be applied since January 1, 2024 in the amount of 50 percent of the rate of tax established by this Code, and in case of identification of cases of abuse of privileges or coverings of the exempted taxes, they will be estimated at the double rates established by this Code".
Article 2. Enact this Law since January 1, 2024.
