About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Society of Red Crescent of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Society of Red Crescent of Tajikistan" of January 12, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 16; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1017) following changes and amendment:

1. To add the Law preamble after the word "Tajikistan" with the words "and other organizations".

2. In preamble of part 1 of Article 5 "fundamental" to replace the word with the word "main".

3. In Article 6:

- in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the word of "objects" "necessary objects for";

- in paragraph seven of the word of "border troops" shall be replaced with words "Border troops of the State committee of homeland security".

4. In the text of Article 10 to replace the word "name" with the word "names".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
