About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
Due to the change of structure of the state system of Civil protection, for the purpose of realization of part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the state system of Civil protection" of April 18, 2019 No. 179;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the state system of Civil protection" of April 18, 2019 No. 179" of March 23, 2021 No. 108.
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
